Buy a block of Remote Tech Time (RTT) $30.00 per 15 minute RTT Block and the more you buy at one time the lower the price gets. Minimum remote session is one 15 minute RTT block. RTT minutes never expire, most customers buy 1 hour at a time and unused RTT blocks will be held in your Action Computers Remote Tech Support Account and can be used the next time you need help without having to go through the RTT purchase process.

How to purchase RTT time:
- In The Store: Just come in either retail location and buy RTT blocks using Cash, Check or Credit Card.

- On The Phone: Buy RTT blocks from your home or office using your Credit Card.

Step Two
Call the service department and make an appointment 303-759-3050

This is a VERY popular service and you will be working with a LIVE A+ Certified technician right here in Denver so the schedule does fill up. (Currently appointments are available 10-6 M-F)

At your set appointment time we will call you with a 6-digit PIN code and we will instruct you where to log on for your remote session. This link is on the front page of our website (www.actionpc.com) for your convenience.

Step Three

A chat window will appear, let the A+ Certified Technician know what you need repaired and sit back and WATCH as the repairs are made to your system. You may also go about your business and let the technician perform the repairs the choice is up to you.
